This notice covers the public KinleighCare website. The Kinleigh app will have a separate product privacy notice before beta enrollment.

What the website offers at launch
The public website provides company information, family resources and blank downloadable tools. It does not provide visitor accounts, comments, newsletter signup, waitlist enrollment, contact forms or community features.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, browser type, requested page and network information. KinleighCare enables aggregate Vercel Web Analytics without advertising identifiers or third-party analytics cookies.
What we intentionally do not collect
- Names or contact details through a website form
- Search terms entered in the Resource Center
- Information written on downloaded tools
- Family, child, custody, medical or location information
- Session replay or cross-site advertising profiles
Links to hello@kinleighcare.com open your email provider. If you send an email, KinleighCare receives the information you choose to include. Do not email private child records, court documents, medical records, passwords or payment information.
Published content and Sanity
Sanity hosts the editorial content used by the website. Public articles and tools are intended for publication. Draft access is limited to invited editors and is excluded from public indexing.
Downloads and external links
Blank PDFs download to your device. KinleighCare does not receive completed copies. Articles may link to outside sources; those websites apply their own privacy practices.
Retention and choices
KinleighCare does not build individual visitor profiles. Operational logs and aggregate analytics are retained according to provider settings and legitimate security needs. You may contact us about this notice at hello@kinleighcare.com.
Children
The website is written for adults caring for children. It does not invite children to create accounts or submit personal information.
Changes
We will revise this notice before adding forms, email subscriptions, accounts, community participation or other information collection.
